This 15-week skills group will help participants identify the common themes of perfectionism, control, burnout, and overthinking. With strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, participants will learn how to change unhelpful aspects of perfectionism and develop a new skills repertoire within a safe
and non-judgmental environment.
