As a parent, it can be overwhelming to see your child deal with anxiety or rituals related to fears. You may feel unsure of how to help or worry that what you're doing isn't working. That's where SPACE comes in.
What is SPACE?
SPACE is a scientifically backed program that teaches parents how to respond to their child’s anxiety in ways that reduce symptoms and foster independence.
Parents are trained how to make small, effective changes that support their child while reducing family stress.

Group Details
Tuesdays, 10:00 - 11:15 am
This parent-only group will meet weekly for 8 weeks.
Each meeting will be 75 minutes.
Each family will receive one complimentary 30-minute session with a SPACE trained therapist.
The group is LIMITED to six parent groups.
