Self Compassion Group
Do you notice that you’re often hard on yourself? Are you trying to make changes but keep hitting a wall of self-doubt? This group is made to address those things and teach you how to be kinder to yourself, to others, and how to make lasting change to how you engage with the world.
This group is made for those who are often hard on themselves and want to try living a life of being kinder to themselves. We will work on breaking down misconceptions of self-compassion, barriers, changing thought processes, and making lasting changes to how you engage with yourself and others.
