Anoushka is a pre-licensed clinician and earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Assumption University (Worcester, MA). She completed her clinical practicum at UMASS Memorial Health - Harrington Hospital’s Partial Hospitalization Program, working with individuals presenting with a wide range of mental health and substance use diagnoses. After completing her practicum experience, Anoushka interned at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Student Development and Counseling Center where she worked with college/graduate students navigating various clinical and non-clinical concerns (e.g., academics, post-grad transitions). Anoushka is experienced in working with anxiety-related disorders, major depression, insomnia, and life stress. In her clinical work, Anoushka is trained in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance -and-commitment therapy (ACT). She is passionate about providing compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidence-based care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Anoushka works collaboratively with her clients to develop individualized treatment approaches aligned with their goals and values.
