What its about:

This group is for individuals experiencing symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) following exposure to a traumatic event. If you’ve experienced something that continues to impact how you think, feel, or move through your life, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to work through it on your own.

This group offers a supportive, structured space to better understand how trauma has shaped your thoughts and beliefs, and to begin shifting patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach for trauma recovery, participants learn practical tools to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, leading to meaningful changes in emotions and daily functioning.

In a safe and collaborative group setting, you can expect a balance of guided skill-building, reflection, and connection with others who are working toward similar goals.
