She also completed her clinical internship on McLean Hospital’s Psychotic Disorders Community Reintegration Unit, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and supporting discharge planning and skills-based treatment. In addition, Sena has worked as a care coordinator at Privé Swiss, supporting clients through de-escalation, coping skills coaching, and close communication with clinical teams. Alongside her clinical roles, she has experience as a behavioral nutrition coach, integrating psychology, habit change, and intuitive eating into her approach to overall health and behavior change.
